About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our development team and our customers by gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring successful product delivery.
Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders including sales, product management, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise functional requirements.

Analyze complex business processes related to E-commerce order management, inventory management, and multi-marketplace integrations.

Document requirements using user stories, flowcharts, and other relevant tools.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with developers to translate functional specifications into technical designs.

Work closely with the QA team to develop and execute test plans for new features and functionalities.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business requirements.

Conduct data analysis using MySQL to generate insights and support decision-making processes.

Maintain and update product documentation for future reference.

Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials to facilitate product adoption and usage.

Support the integration of the OMS with various marketplaces, courier partners, and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends in E-commerce and recommend product enhancements to contribute to product strategy.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.) or equivalent technical background.

Strong understanding of APIs and their role in system integrations.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Basic code readability to understand and communicate technical requirements effectively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.

Quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
