Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Wealth Management domain expertise. The candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, documentation, and successful implementation of product features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Wealth Management Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of asset classes: Mutual Funds (MF), Equity, PMS, Bonds, Insurance
• In-depth understanding of Mutual Fund journey – customer onboarding to posting transactions to RTA
• Experience with AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) workflows across asset classes
• Expertise in both online and offline transaction journeys, including the MF Goal Module

Working knowledge of:

• Mutual Fund RM, Ops & Back-office Modules
• Brokerage Reconciliation Module
• PMS & Bonds life cycles
• Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals
• Prepare process flows, wireframes, and data mapping documents
• Coordinate closely with development teams, QA teams, and business users
• Support and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work on migration projects related to Mutual Fund applications

Testing Knowledge (Must Have)

• Functional, Sanity, Regression, UAT
• Web & Mobile Testing
• Database & API Testing
• Load Testing
• Ability to track bugs, review technical documentation, and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / MCA (Essential)

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of regulatory compliance: SEBI, FATCA, etc.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with API integration and digital wealth platforms
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
