Associate Business Developer

Job Overview

ZAPTA Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and UI/UX processes, along with the ability to generate, manage, and close leads through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle from requirement gathering to submission
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Generate leads via Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication
• Track performance metrics to meet business targets

Requirements

• 6* Months-1 year* of experience in Business Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent writing skills for proposals and client communication
• Ability to work independently and within a team
