The ideal candidate should have
6 months to 1 year of experience
in business development, with hands-on exposure to
Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound email strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through
Upwork bidding

Manage and optimize
Upwork profiles, proposals, and client communication

Execute
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
to connect with potential clients

Send
targeted outbound emails
to generate leads

Understand client requirements and craft
compelling proposals

Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in
Upwork bidding / Business Development

Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn lead generation & outreach

Experience with
cold emailing / outbound sales strategies

Excellent
communication and writing skills
