Associate - Business Developer/Lead Generator

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (flexible if experience is strong).

Experience: 0 - 2 years in BD/sales roles, preferably in tech/IT/software services.

Skills:

• Ability to drive cold outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and freelancing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Capable of identifying new opportunities, evaluating competitors, and understanding industry trends.
• Awareness of SaaS, digital products, IT outsourcing, and related business models (preferred).
