Associate Business Development

We are hiring a results-driven Associate Business Development professional with experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and freelancing platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in business development (IT/software preferred)
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on Upwork experience (bidding & lead generation)
• Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via LinkedIn and email campaigns
• Actively bid on projects through Upwork
• Manage CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) and track performance
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams

Preference: Male candidates preferred
