What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Business Excellence & Transformation who will join our team at Business Excellence & Performance Directorate.

• Lead projects that result in major business process improvements for Arçelik Pazarlama,
• Managing change requests on processes and implementing improvements,
• Apply techniques of define, measure, analyze, improve and control in assigned projects,
• Pre-post analysis of transformation projects related with busines units,
• Planning and implementing the necessary developments depending on the changes in laws and regulations,
• Track and report projects results to management, internally and externally,
• Work closely with project sponsor, project teams and business units to continuously review process and to eliminate barriers in projects,
• Ensure that process improvements stay in place over time,
• Increase general process awareness and provide to learn new systems,

The position is located in İstanbul, Türkiye.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering, statistics, mathematics or economics faculties,
• Having hands-on experience in Project Management, CRM, BI tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI),
• Having excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
