Position Description

Shutts & Bowen’s West Palm Beach office is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. The associate will work closely with partners who represent financial institutions, REITs, private equity, real estate developers, and a wide variety of other companies in complex business disputes. The associate will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; take and defend depositions; and attend hearings. Candidates must have top academic credentials and be a member of the Florida Bar.
