Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, product support, or sales operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify insights
- Ability to document requirements clearly and translate business needs into structured outputs
- High attention to detail in testing, validation, and documentation
- Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with business tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, Microsoft 365)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of sales workflows or customer-facing processes
- Exposure to Agile or product delivery environments
- Interest in AI, product management, or sales technology
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Roles Overview
The Associate Business Product Analyst supports the delivery and adoption of AI-enabled sales tools across the revenue lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on data-driven validation, requirements documentation, and workflow testing to ensure AI capabilities are accurate, usable, and aligned to seller needs.
Working closely with Assocaite Business Product Managers and cross-functional teams, the analyst helps translate business needs into documented requirements, validates AI outputs and workflows, and uses data and feedback to support product readiness and adoption.
Core Accountability
Supports execution of requirements documentation, data analysis, and validation activities to ensure AI-enabled sales tools meet quality, usability, and release-readiness standards, enabling successful rollout and sustained adoption.

- Requirements Documentation and Analysis
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements for AI-enabled sales products
- Translate seller needs and workflow gaps into clear problem statements and user requirements
- Support definition of acceptance criteria for AI behavior, workflow integration, and release readiness
- Maintain clear and structured documentation to support product development and testing
- Data Analysis and Insight
- Analyze adoption, usage, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support measurement of AI effectiveness (accuracy, usage patterns, workflow impact)
- Prepare summaries and insights to inform product decisions and prioritization
- Assist in tracking key metrics for pilots, releases, and ongoing adoption.
- Execute structured validation of AI outputs (LLM responses, prompts, recommendations)
- Assess accuracy, relevance, consistency, and adherence to defined guardrails
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and reliability issues and document findings clearly
- Partner with product and technical teams to improve output quality
- Seller Workflow Testing & Validation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across key sales workflows (CRM, proposals, productivity tools)
- Validate AI functionality against real-world sales use cases
- Identify workflow friction, usability issues, and integration gaps
- Escalate issues and contribute to resolution tracking
- Adoption, Feedback & Delivery Support
- Track adoption metrics and support pilot and rollout activities
- Collect, structure, and synthesize seller feedback into actionable insights
- Maintain QA logs, testing artifacts, and release readiness checklists
- Support development of training materials, FAQs, and workflow documentation
