Job Overview
As a Store Associate at Moe's Smoke Shop, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a well-stocked, organized store environment. You’ll assist customers in choosing from our wide selection of tobacco, vape products, and other items, ensuring they have a positive experience with us. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions, keeping the store clean, and supporting daily operations with a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to help customers make informed purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that shelves are stocked and products are fresh.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
• Adhere to all store policies, including age restrictions for certain products.
• Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance to keep the store adequately staffed.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
