This is a grant-funded contractual position

Role / Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  • Manage the transport requirements on the field sites and outreach offices;
  • coordinate with different project supervisor regarding concerns related to transportation;
  • make vehicle contract agreements for all research field sites in Karachi and outside Karachi in coordination with the transport department;
  • raise payments (RoPs) for all vehicles with proper documentation;
  • verify documents received before raising the payments;
  • provide support in the planning, organizing and executing various events of the department;
  • arrange hotel accommodation for the research related delegations;
  • coordinate with travel dept for issuance of tickets for domestic and international traveling and accommodation of guests and research staff;
  • any other responsibility assigned by the Supervisor;
  • conduct audit of field offices within and outside Karachi

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

  • Bachelors;
  • relevant experience of 1 to 2 years would be preferred;
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • proficiency in computers especially MS Office;
  • willing to travel and work in the communities / rural field sites;
  • excellent report writing skills;
  • excellent Organization skills and analytical skills
  • good speaking and written English is a must;
  • may require some extra working hours;
