HUMAIN is strengthening its CEO Office with high-performing talent, and we are seeking an exceptional Associate – CEO Advisory to support our executive leadership across strategy, governance, and operational alignment.

This role is ideal for professionals with 3–6 years of experience who are versatile, analytical, and ready to support CEO-level priorities with precision and impact.


Role Overview

As an Associate in the CEO Advisory function, you will provide structured analytical, coordination, and operational support to ensure the CEO is equipped with the right insights, preparation, and follow-through mechanisms.

You will work across HUMAIN’s corporate units, support strategic discussions, and enable smooth execution of leadership workflows.

This role requires sharp thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to handle complex and time-sensitive tasks with maturity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality briefing notes, talking points, pre-read materials, and decision summaries
  • Conduct research, synthesize information, and provide analytical inputs for strategic discussions
  • Support planning, coordination, and documentation of CEO-level meetings and engagements
  • Track directives, decisions, and strategic actions across HUMAIN, ensuring timely progress
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, clarify information, and maintain alignment
  • Draft memos, executive communications, and structured reports
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, dashboards, and strategic documents
  • Maintain disciplined workflows and processes within the CEO Office


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, policy, business analysis, project management, or CEO/leadership support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing, structuring, and communication abilities
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines
  • Professional maturity when working with confidential or sensitive information
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and eagerness to take ownership
