The Associate Chief of Staff to the CEO will play a critical role in enabling the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the executive office. This position requires a trusted partner who can think strategically, execute tactically, and maintain the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to manage the CEO’s agenda, ensuring focus on high-impact priorities.
- Drive execution of CEO-led initiatives by coordinating across departments and monitoring progress against goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects, track milestones, and deliver clear updates to the CEO and leadership team.
- Draft presentations, speeches, reports, and correspondence for internal and external audiences on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare briefing materials to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity within the executive office.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive office support.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth environments.
