ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services.

This is a completely on-site role based at our Islamabad office, requiring a dedicated professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare for client meetings by gathering relevant information, researching doctors/stakeholders, and entering prescription or project details into internal systems.
  • Insurance Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies for basic inquiries, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the policy book of business, ensuring accurate data entry and meticulous record management.
  • Communication Management: Manage and respond to client emails professionally and promptly; act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate communication.
  • Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound client calls with confidence, clarity, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Process Improvement: Support ongoing data clean-up initiatives and contribute to process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned and analyze client needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Price Quotes: Prepare and offer price quotes to clients’ customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with service offerings.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Prior experience working with US-based clients is required.
  • Shift Readiness: Comfortable and committed to working night shifts (US business hours).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with expertise in professional email drafting.
  • Education: A 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferred (Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations).
  • Skills: Highly organized multitasker with extreme attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to "wear multiple hats" and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Location: Must be able to work completely on-site at the Islamabad office.
