Associate Commercial Director (Moving Structures)

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Direct preparation and execution of contracts, warranties, and completion certificates.
• Lead large teams, driving behaviours, KPIs, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee valuations, cost control, and monthly reporting to clients.
• Identify and manage costs linked to design changes, claims, and construction activities.
• Guide cost consultants to enhance procedures, templates, and products, embedding best practice.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition through proactive management of emissions.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management; chartered membership preferred.
• Significant experience in PMO and project controls leadership across major programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contracts, risk, and value engineering.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive sustainable, client-focused outcomes.
