What you’ll do at Ather:

Manage organisation wide compliance activities including monitoring and tracking compliance with applicable laws and regulations, company policies, guidelines etc.

Assess compliance requirements of each function including Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Finance, and HR. Develop and implement a compliance playbook.

Sensitise and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance and implications of non-compliance.

Compliance risks identification, assessment, evaluation, mitigation and remediation plan across functions, coordinate with and track timely compliance by functional compliance champions, periodic audit/review of compliances by various functions.

Design and develop compliance training modules and conduct trainings for functional compliance champions and create compliance awareness across functions.

Keep track of latest developments in applicable laws, regulations and rules, analyse the impact, inform stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with new requirements.

Provide quality and strategic advice to stakeholders in areas of statutory compliances.

Be sensitive to rapidly changing work and business priorities and have an adaptable and flexible approach to work to ensure timely, positive, and constructive counselling.

Travel to locations across the country to ensure compliance of various applicable laws and regulations and for audit purposes.

What you bring to Ather:

Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in reputed organizations.

Law Degree from a premier institution with core experience in Compliance domain.

Command over Excel and experience with Compliance Management Tools

Understanding of contract drafting and review
