Associate Consultant

Job Description

As an Associate Consultant, you will be part of our consulting team responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise solutions across finance and HR domains. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh Chartered Accountants to transition into the world of Workday Financials and ERP consulting, working alongside experienced professionals on global transformation projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background.
• Strong understanding of financial processes - GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting, tax and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to data analysis tools preferred.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Workday Financials and ERP system implementations by analysing client requirements and configuring solutions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to map business processes to system functionalities.
• Support financial data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Participate in client workshops, document business requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
• Assist in testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Work on continuous process improvement initiatives and system optimization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, deliverables, and best practices.
