Job Summary:

A Hamson is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Associate NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance across client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and connectivity using NOC tools and dashboards.
• Identify and troubleshoot network faults, outages, and performance issues in real time.
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and health monitoring of network devices.
• Support L2/L3 engineers in implementing network changes and configurations.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and update shift handover reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability and optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
• Familiarity with NOC tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA) will be a plus.
