Associate Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Consultant(CA qualified or semi-qualified) with strong experience in SAP/ Zoho/Elite 3E financial management software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing, accounts payable, and receivable processes through the SAP/ Zoho/Elite 3E system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with company policies and IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Monitor budget utilization and assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support financial audits.
• Maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the Elite 3E platform to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA qualified or semi-qualified (Inter CA / equivalent certification).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ Zoho/Elite 3E accounting or practice management software (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
