About this role

The Associate Consultant acts as a connecting link between Setup.sa’s Operations team and its clients. You will be working with high-profile companies in the private sector, as well as contributing to one of the largest governmental initiatives since the announcement of Vision2030.

The amount of learning and experience you can gain from this opportunity is enormous. You will participate in the sales process and communicate directly with clients while learning from the operational excellence models developed by Setup.sa—a leading and fast-growing private sector company. In addition, you will have daily interactions with our international portfolio of clients.

The combined experience and learning you can gain in two years in this position exceed what is typically achieved over five years.

Key responsibilities

• Seeks sales opportunities, receives requests from clients, gathers information, collects documents, and accordingly communicates with the Operations Manager to arrange the workflow and start the execution.
• Responsible for onboarding and orienting clients, explaining all the details about the benefits and requirements, and offering recommendations based on the understanding of the market.
• Follows up on the execution of the required activities from the Operations side, tracks deadlines, and provides support to the Operations team whenever needed.
• Promotes Setup.sa’s services among clients to achieve sales,, while ensuring a thorough understanding of our services, and a seamless execution through providing any necessary information.
• Mana ges outbound sales calls and meetings as well as visits with potential clients.
• Manages pre-sales communication tools and platforms including emails, forms, websites, and sales materials including presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
• Manages client relationships by maintaining continuous communication to understand their needs, gather information and provide updates.
• Analyzes and interprets data, and develops quantitative and qualitative analysis reports.
• Supports the development of various types of reports.
• Performs various procedural tasks and services at the government agencies locations.
• Builds presentations, and arranges client meetings.
• Builds and maintains databases of all the information of the clients, and creates comprehensive documentation.

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Passion, diligence, and commitment to work for a fast-growing startup.
• Fair knowledge of Project Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
• Being very good in both written and spoken English is a requirement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fully engaged at work, dynamic, highly organized, self-starter, and adaptable.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
