Blackbull Chamber is hiring an Associate Consultant who can confidently communicate in English, handle customer interactions, and support day-to-day client coordination and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients/customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings in professional English
  • Understand customer requirements and record accurate details for internal teams
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client support and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage basic documentation, formats, client notes, and status updates
  • Maintain customer records, trackers, and daily reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Handle escalations politely and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support onboarding, service coordination, and payment/process guidance when needed

Required Skills & Eligibility

  • Fluent English speaking (mandatory)
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (mandatory)
  • Strong customer handling, patience, and professional communication
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and email writing
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at the same time
  • Confident personality with a problem-solving mindset
