Summary:

In this role, you will partner with hospital leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide training strategies, delivering both onsite and virtual training sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition to customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare training, strategic planning, and adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strategy sessions with hospital leadership to assess training needs and align with organizational goals.

  • Develop and present comprehensive enterprise strategic training plans tailored to each healthcare organization.

  • Provide expert guidance on training best practices, change management, and implementation strategies.

  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs onsite, equipping internal trainers with tools and techniques to deliver effective training.

  • Conduct and manage virtual training programs and sessions using application platforms (e.g., MS Teams).

  • Ensure training content meets the specific needs and supports the solution workflows within the hospital.

  • Oversee the training process from initial planning through department-level kickoff.

  • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams with clear documentation and transition plans.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide post-professional training services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • No prior work experience required.

  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.

  • Must be capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple projects.

  • Ability travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet the clients' needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
