Associate Creative Director

A leader in digital and Social Media communications within the GCC, we are seeking an Associate Creative Director who will help spearhead our creative initiatives, blending imaginative design and strategic social media engagement. This role serves as the deputy to the Creative Lead and is integral to advising our clients on brand articulation and messaging across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be at the vanguard of creative possibilities, influencing culture and industry on a global scale.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop innovative and impactful social media campaigns that resonate both locally and globally.
  • Lead conceptual development for campaign initiatives, ensuring that all creative output is aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Advise clients on the best ways to articulate their brand and message, ensuring communications are tailored to capture attention and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring high standards of creative integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, integrating cutting-edge ideas and technologies into client campaigns.
  • Mentor and manage creative teams, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop presentations and pitches that effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

  • Extensive knowledge of the latest creative software and social media platforms.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
