Job Overview:

Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our agency and driving excellence in digital and social media campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to set the creative vision for the agency and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client goals.
  • Lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive the ideation and conceptualization of compelling creative content for digital and social media campaigns, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, thoroughly understanding their creative and campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including content, design, technology, and strategy, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, digital trends, and platforms, integrating the latest advancements into our creative solutions.
  • Ensure that all creative work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to brand guidelines, best practices, and client expectations.
  • Mentor and empower creative team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and foster their professional growth.
  • Monitor the performance of creative campaigns, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
  • Extensive experience typically 08 years or more in a senior creative leadership role within a digital agency environment.
Skills and Competencies:
  • A track record of delivering exceptional creative concepts and campaigns, consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding client service.
