Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Director – Visual Content to lead and execute end-to-end visual requirements across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, hands-on, and experienced in graphics, video, 3D, CGI, VFX, and AI-generated content, with a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative and visual direction of the brand
• Design and oversee pamphlets, brochures, logos, brand assets, and marketing creatives
• Create and review presentations (PPTs), pitch decks, and sales decks
• Handle product design, mockups, 3D renders, and CGI visuals
• Edit and produce videos, reels, ads, motion graphics, and VFX content
• Use AI tools for video generation, creative enhancement, and automation
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver high-impact visuals
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all projects
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and AI innovations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal, etc.)
• Experience with CGI, VFX, lighting, and rendering
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools
• Strong sense of design, typography, color, and composition

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional talent)

Portfolio Requirement

• Mandatory – Portfolio showcasing graphic, video, 3D, and AI-based work

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
