Overview
Provide visionary and hands-on leadership for the creative department, encompassing technical supervision, quality control, and the strategic advancement of the team's capabilities across a wide range of diversified creative domains. The core objective is to oversee the delivery of high-quality, artistic, and creative Ideas that consistently ensure Caduceus Lane's world-class clients are exceptionally satisfied with the value, responsiveness, and unparalleled creative quality of our services, while also driving departmental growth plans and optimizing capacity.

Responsibilities

  • A. Creative & Technical Domain

Creative Direction: Actively lead and participate in every aspect of conceptualization and execution for all assigned projects, providing strategic creative oversight from brief to final delivery.

Quality & Standards: Establish and maintain stringent quality standards, technical guides, creative protocols, and professional norms that align with the high-level requirements of our multinational client portfolio across diverse markets.

Innovation & Ideation: Drive the value of the ideation process by continuously generating and advancing innovative concepts and refining design briefs to meet professional requirements.

Design Specification: Ensure advanced layout design and presentation approaches, specifying material details for various media, including style and size of type, photography, graphics, animation, video, and sound.

Resource Management: Manage workloads to maximize team productivity, assigning creative teams based on optimal fit for project complexity, skill set, and current capacity.

Timeline Estimation: Accurately estimate time requirements for creative deliverables across different teams to ensure high-quality output aligns precisely with project timelines and deadlines.

B. Management & Operational Domain

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and coach the creative team, developing effective working relationships and contributing positively to the existing departmental culture and processes.

Performance Management: Provide ongoing and structured feedback (written and face-to-face) for quarterly and annual performance reviews, driving continuous improvement and talent development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trust and confidence in the creative team's capabilities among internal stakeholders, developing positive and sustainable relationships with professionals across different departments (Account, Project Management, etc.).

Workflow Integration: Support Account and Project Management activities as required, ensuring seamless integration of the creative process within the broader project framework.

Accountability: Achieve all assigned departmental and organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Operational Autonomy: Manage and execute work independently, effectively managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Skills

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in creative design with significant experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing and mentoring creative teams and driving strategic departmental growth.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating world-class creative concepts and execution across various media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£22.53 - E£27.13 per hour
