Job Summary
Leadership role requires a proven leader to direct the daily performance of a cross-functional team encompassing diverse specializations in Marketing , ,medical Content , QC & Creative. Ensuring strategic alignment with overarching market dynamics and commercial imperatives. The objective is to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, guarantee quality assurance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the cluster's deliverables.
Duties
*Manage daily plans for cluster members, ensuring adherence to standards and operational guidelines.
*Guide daily operational flow and oversee the execution of team responsibilities to meet quality standards.
*Attend daily morning calls for their cluster and ensure the understanding of the cluster members regarding market requests. *Ensures daily plan activation and dedicated resource utilization.
*Apply all planning standardizations processes from planning according to excalibur scheme, ensure proper resources utilization to achieve their daily targets, setting market priorities in alignment with commercial plans, accommodating the fast track and urgent task requests according to the approved SOPs.
*Set clear expectations for cluster outcomes based on market trends and commercial requirements.
*Monitor and report on cluster KPIs, ensuring team understanding and engagement with performance metrics.
*Keeps the cluster team informed about their performance and the cluster performance, setting plans to close any observed gaps.
*Facilitate smooth operations between cluster members and dedicated technical professionals.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for cluster-related communication with other divisions such as IT and HR. Manages cross-business unit projects and ensures stakeholder's updates. *Build healthy competition between cluster members and between the business unit’s clusters to achieve the cluster’s and the business unit’s goals.
*Prepare and share the weekly ENVISION and bi-monthly ENVISION sprint reports with the Business Unit growth Lead. *Develop and distribute monthly performance maps to track and analyze cluster performance.
*Prepare the monthly cluster’s business review reports and present it to the Business unit growth lead and business unit lead for alignment and further management
*Prepare and present the quarter business review and the quarterly skills matrix update reports.
*Update and maintain the skills matrix for cluster members, identifying development needs and opportunities.
*Collaborate with the Business Unit Growth Lead to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each team member.
*Foster a positive team environment by building rapport with cluster members and stakeholders.
*Conduct monthly “Let’s Connect” meetings in the presence of the Business unit growth lead to address unresolved issues and gather feedback.
*Address day-to-day conflicts within the cluster, escalating issues to the Business Unit Growth Lead when necessary.
*Ensure compliance with company directives, training sessions, attendance policies, and feedback surveys.
*Approve all cluster outcomes and ensure consistent application of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Manages daily the performance platforms and ensures accurate data capturing on both Excalibur and Elemental.
*Manages all cluster member’s administrative requests in compliance with HR policies
*Ensures the team’s IT and compliance policies understanding to ensure data security.
*Develop individual development plans (IDPs) in collaboration with team members to focus on career growth and skill enhancement. *Conduct regular performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
*Facilitate training and development opportunities by organizing and recommending relevant sessions and workshops.
*Promote clear career growth paths within the organization and support team members in pursuing advancement.
*Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
*Encourage team engagement through team-building activities and regular check-ins to strengthen relationships.
*Address employee concerns by actively listening and working to resolve issues promptly to minimize turnover.
*Implement feedback mechanisms such as surveys to gather insights on team satisfaction and areas for improvement. *Recognize and reward individual and team achievements to reinforce motivation and commitment.
*Collaborate with Business Unit Growth Lead and HR to develop and implement effective retention strategies tailored to team needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£26.24 - E£31.60 per hour
