Job title - Associate Creative Director - Exhibition

Job Responsibility
- Lead the creative vision and execution of exhibition projects, ensuring high-quality concepts aligned with client briefs and creative strategy.
- Collaborate with senior creative leadership, commercial teams, and designers to develop innovative exhibition and experiential concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high design standards.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire the design team through brainstorming sessions and collaborative concept development.
- Develop creative narratives, storytelling, and experiential journeys for exhibition spaces.
- Research global and regional exhibition design trends, digital technologies, and experiential activations to enhance creative output.
- Coordinate project timelines with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Contribute to business opportunities by supporting creative proposals and maintaining studio excellence.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a creative agency or exhibition/experiential design environment.
- Strong experience in exhibition stand design and creative leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a creative team.
- Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- GCC experience is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential; knowledge of 3D design tools (such as 3ds Max) is an advantage.
