As an
associate creative director, copy for ninety6, you'll lead creative development, focusing on copy, actively writing, and concepting. In this role, you'll oversee content across online video advertising (OLV), social, digital, and traditional channels. You'll transform strategic briefs into compelling concepts, scripts, and narratives, guiding them from idea to execution. You'll collaborate closely with a creative director and cross-functional partners, including art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, and marketers, to create cohesive campaigns that meet business objectives and push creative standards. Additionally, you'll partner with external agencies and marketing leadership to deliver insight-driven work that drives results and earns award-winning recognition.

Must-have qualifications-
A minimum of thirteen years experience in a creative field with deep understanding of business and industry

{OR} Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field of study (Liberal Arts, Humanities, Media Studies, Advertising) and a minimum ten years experience in a creative field with deep understanding of business and industry
Preferred skills-
Expert-level writing and editing skills, including OLV/video scriptwriting, platform native social writing, and long- and short-form brand storytelling that drives engagement and business results.
- Proven conceptual ideation and campaign development experience, with a deep focus on concepts that translate into cohesive, integrated work across multiple channels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, confidently presenting to key collaborators and influencing business and creative decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to write for existing intellectual property and distinct brand characters, maintaining consistent character voice and brand tone across platforms while upholding a high bar for craft, creativity, and narrative cohesion.
- Prior agency experience.
Compensation
- $89,600 - $119,500/year
