Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening creative concepts from early development through execution.

While overall ownership remains with the Senior Creative Director, you will be responsible for turning approved narratives into compelling spaces and visuals. You will define scale, materiality, hierarchy, and environmental language before detailed design begins, ensuring every concept translates seamlessly from story to space.

This position requires a strategic creative thinker who can bridge narrative intent with build feasibility, balancing ambition with executional intelligence.

• Contribute to early-stage creative discussions to refine narrative direction and enhance spatial storytelling.
• Translate approved concepts into clear spatial frameworks and visual languages.
• Develop mood boards, spatial studies, and reference materials that guide the 3D team with clarity and precision.
• Oversee 3D design output across events, festivals, exhibitions, and brand activations to ensure alignment with strategic and brand objectives.
• Co-lead the 3D team alongside the Design Director, providing structured feedback that elevates creative thinking.
• Mentor designers and raise the overall creative standard of the studio.
• Plan environments of varying scales, carefully considering visitor journey, flow, and emotional impact.
• Present creative work confidently to clients and support the Senior Creative Director in articulating the creative rationale.

• Extensive experience in experiential, exhibition, or spatial design within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong spatial intelligence and a deep understanding of production and build realities.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, with the ability to translate direction into actionable 3D guidance.
• Commercial awareness, including budget sensitivity, feasibility assessment, and timeline management.
• A calm, collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and client engagements as required
