Associate Dentist

Position: Associate Dentist – Field Sales (Home Scan)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational week off, no weekend off)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

makeO Toothsi is India’s leading smile makeover brand, offering clear aligner treatments using advanced 3D scanning technology. We provide customers with at-home scanning and consultation services, blending dental expertise with modern tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer homes for 3D intraoral scanning and consultations.
• Explain treatment plans, pricing, and benefits of clear aligners to potential customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed treatments by handling objections and queries.
• Maintain hygiene protocols and ensure smooth scanning experience.
• Upload scans and customer data to the internal platform for orthodontist review.
• Meet monthly sales & conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team for lead follow-up and closure.

Requirements:

• Qualification: BDS / MDS (Valid Dental Council Registration mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in dentistry or dental sales.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable with travel for home visits (field role).
• Familiarity with digital scanning equipment preferred, but training will be provided.
