With this growth, we’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning and all aspects of general dentistry.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment with attention to building patient relationships through excellent communication.

• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Remain current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree from an accredited dental school.

• Current Arkansas dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).

• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; additional training or interests in cosmetic dentistry, endo, or advanced procedures is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.

• Commitment to professional growth, ethical practice, and teamwork.
