Associate Dentist

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our thriving, comprehensive dental practice! Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • The associate will be expected to work until 7:00 PM on either Wednesday or Thursday each week


Compensation and Benefits:

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus

Compensation:

$350,000 - $400,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable provider who is confident in, or motivated to expand in, the following areas:

  • General and restorative dentistry (crown and bridge, fillings, preventive care)
  • Endodontics, especially molar root canals
  • Implant placement and restoration (preferred or strong willingness to learn)
  • Clear aligner therapy and orthodontics (preferred or open to training)
  • Extractions and other bread-and-butter procedures
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited residency program (AEGD or GPR)
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
  • Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term growth
  • Implant, ortho, or endo experience is a plus but not required
