Associate Dentist

Live on the lake and practice in the foothills of the Smokies in beautiful Morristown, TN. We are a busy and fast-growing office with wonderful patients and a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. We are currently booked out for months for doctor’s side, hygiene, and new patients, so you’ll step into a full schedule from day one. Currently, we refer out all molar endo, 3rds, and implant placement, so those procedures are available to you as well.

With a strong, loyal patient base and a steady flow of cases, we’re seeking a motivated associate who wants to grow clinically, earn competitively, and potentially build toward partnership. For those interested in partnership, we will soon begin construction on a new office, giving you the opportunity for a low buy-in to the current single-doctor office while also having a hand in designing our brand-new multi-doctor space.

Compensation & Perks

• $1,000–$1,200/day guarantee for the first 3 months
• 33% of collections
• Expected earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually
• $3,000 CE allowance annually
• Signing Bonus: $3,000 base + $1,000 for each year of experience (up to $10,000 total)
• Paid out half at 3 months and half at 6 months
• Clawback: 100% if leaving within 1 year; 50% if leaving within 2 years
• Partnership path available

• Crowns
• Root canals
• Extractions
• Fillings
• Dentures
• Partials
• Scaling & root planing
• Plus molar endo
• 3rd molars
• Implant placement opportunities

Schedule:

• Alternates Mon–Thurs and Tues–Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• (open to locking in consistent 4 days for 3-day weekends)

Mentorship:

• Informal clinical and hands-on business mentorship from experienced partner doctors

New Grads Welcome:

• Yes (experience preferred, but not required)
