Associate Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our intimate, patient-focused dental boutique. Our practice prides itself on creating a calm, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional, detail-oriented care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong foundation in various dental procedures. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of dental health and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine patient needs.
• Provide a range of dental services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options tailored to their needs.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver seamless patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.

Skills

• Proficient in using dental software such as Dentrix Ascend.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
• Knowledge of anatomy as it relates to dentistry, including medical imaging techniques.
• Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for removable and fixed appliances.

Pay: $400.00 - $900.00 per day
