Associate Dentist Needed in Cave Creek AZ! Make up to $350k
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, as well as specialized skills in areas such as pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
  • Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
  • Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.

Skills

  • Proficient in dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, with a focus on providing care for younger patients.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for diagnostic purposes.
  • Ability to perform complex procedures including oral surgery and dental fabrication.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation and record keeping.
