Overview
Please note, high possibility of Buy-in/Buy-out potential. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a focus on both general and specialized dentistry. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Our practice emphasizes patient comfort and satisfaction, making it essential for the Associate Dentist to have excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, Implant dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with dental office software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
  • Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
  • Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform root canal therapy and other advanced procedures effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
