Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Dentist to join our Lake Nona team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills in general dentistry and a genuine passion for patient care. Experience with implants is a plus, but not required — we provide mentorship and collaborative opportunities for those who want to expand into implant dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of general dentistry procedures (restorative, preventative, cosmetic, etc.)
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform patient consultations and educate patients on treatment options
• Deliver high-quality care with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with specialists, surgeons, and lab technicians when needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong proficiency in general dentistry procedures
• Implant restoration and placement experience a plus (not required)
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
