We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with strong pediatric experience to join our patient-focused team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in treating children of all ages, and committed to creating positive dental experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Create a comfortable and supportive environment for children and families.
• Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage pediatric patient behavior with a calm, caring, and professional approach.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree with an active state dental license.
• Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry or strong clinical experience in pediatric-focused general dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to relationship-driven, patient-first care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Percentage-based compensation: 35–40% of collections.
• Earning potential: $250,000 – $500,000 annually (based on experience and production).
