We are offering an opportunity to make an average of $200K starting pay this is with a starting base pay of $1000/day for the first 6 months or 30% of collections whichever is greater.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals.
- Educate patients about proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by actively participating in marketing, patient retention, and the development of innovative service offerings.
- Demonstrate Passion for Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care with enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to patient comfort, building patient trust.
- Embrace Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic practice environment by remaining flexible, open to feedback, and proactive in implementing new technologies and protocols.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be a licensed in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sedation Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.
- Leadership skills with an interest in mentoring or coaching team members as needed.
- Comfortable with All-on-X, molar root canals, and wisdom teeth extractions preferred.
