Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice and infection control. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout all procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and oral health education.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology.
- Experience in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
- Knowledge of anatomy as it relates to dental health.
- Ability to perform root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures.
- Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for prosthetics.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in medical documentation.

Projected Total Compensation: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
