Associate Dentist

Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist, where your passion for patient care and commitment to excellence will shine! You will collaborate with a skilled team to deliver comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Your expertise will help us create beautiful smiles and improve the overall health of our community.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Basic Restorative - Fillings and Crowns. All other procedures will be referred to the speciality practice.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as medical imaging and dental fabrication to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns and educating patients on oral health practices.
• Collaborate with the dental team in four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency during procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to continually improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry and endodontics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is advantageous.
