Requirements:

• Valid KY Dental License (or willingness to acquire)
• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
• Comprehensive “Bread and Butter” General Dentistry experience/knowledge
• Confident in diagnosing patients and recommending proper treatment plans
• 1+ years of professional experience as a practicing Dentist
• Must have current DEA registration numbers and controlled substance in the state of KY
• KY Medicaid provider number (or willingness to acquire)

Preferred Skills:

• Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry experience
• Simple & Surgical Extractions
• Endodontic Therapy proficiency
• Ability to speak Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $187,038.00 - $247,026.00 per year
