Compensation Highlights

Current associate earned $550,000 last year

Associate took approximately five weeks unpaid time off

Strong and consistent new patient flow

Healthy mix of PPO and fee for service only

No Medicaid or HMO plans

High producing hygiene team

Daily production potential from day one

Schedule

4/5 day work week

Monday through Thursday

Every other Friday

No weekends

No late nights
