Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all basic dental procedures, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis. - Conduct routine dental procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, cleanings, and root canals. - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures. - Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Experienced - Valid state dental license in good standing. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and promoting oral health.
