Associate Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery will contribute to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dental services while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care.
  • Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments, medical and dental history reviews, and detailed clinical examinations.
  • Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment plans clearly to patients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document all procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Operate dental imaging equipment safely to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Apply aseptic techniques diligently to ensure infection control and prevent cross-contamination within the dental clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and related fields to provide innovative care solutions.
  • Adhere to all protocols related to HIPAA compliance, medical records management, and infection control policies.

Qualifications

  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry; experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or prosthodontics is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability in patient care, patient assessment, and delivering compassionate service.
  • Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics procedures, and dental fabrication processes.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation:

H1B visa sponsorship available

40,000 Sign-on bonus

900/day as base guarantee or 35% of collection, whichever is higher.

Efficient in bread and butter dentistry such as Restoration, Crown/bridge, RCT, Dentures, hygiene

Pay: $170,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
