Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients across various age groups, ensuring high standards of patient comfort and clinical excellence. Duties
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize dental imaging and Dentrix, and other electronic health record systems to document patient care accurately.
- Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other invasive procedures following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Provide patient education on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all medical records and patient information.
- Stay current with advancements in dental terminology, techniques, and technology to enhance clinical practice.
Qualifications
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix is preferred.
- Proven experience in general dentistry, open to new grads
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication procedures, and utilize aseptic techniques effectively.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education.
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is highly desirable.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
