What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience who is confident in comprehensive dentistry and motivated to grow within a thriving practice.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, Endodontics, simple and surgical extractions, clear aligner therapy, implants, bone augmentation, etc.). Training/Mentorship will be provided.
• Diagnose and present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
• Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail
• Build strong patient relationships and maintain excellent chair-side manner
• Collaborate effectively with our support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualification:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• Active DEA/CDS License and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Strong communication and case presentation skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

We offer:

• A high-production practice with an established patient base
• 35 - 37% of collections. Discussion of daily minimum is welcome.
• 50-70 new patients a month to help you continually grow your patient base
• Dedicated, experienced staff (including highly trained support staff)
• An inclusive, rewarding, people-first culture
• Centralized operations, including billing, claims, accounting, HR, and marketing support
• Days: Monday through Friday, including every other Saturday.
• Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM during the week and 9 AM- 2PM on Saturday.
• Monthly Bonuses.
