Associate Dentist

We’re excited to welcome a full-time Associate Dentist to our thriving, comprehensive dental practice! Our patient-centered, multi-provider office is built on collaboration, true clinical autonomy, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time (40-hour per week) position:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • The associate will also work until 7:00 PM on either Wednesday or Thursday each week.

Compensation:

$350,000 - $400,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a personable, reliable provider who feels confident in — or is eager to expand their expertise in — the following areas:

  • Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, fillings, and preventive services
  • Endodontic treatment, including molar root canal therapy
  • Implant placement and restoration (preferred, or a strong interest in developing these skills)
  • Clear aligner therapy and orthodontics (preferred, or open to additional training)
  • Extractions and other essential, bread-and-butter procedures
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency program (AEGD or GPR)
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Collaborative, team-focused attitude with an interest in long-term professional growth
  • Experience in implants, orthodontics, or endodontics is a plus, but not required
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
