Join Our Team as an Associate Dentist-Part-Time in North Austin

Are you a passionate and skilled dental professional looking to make a positive impact on the individuals in the Austin community? We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. We have spent a great deal of time and effort building a high quality team of front office staff, hygienists, and assistants to support you and help reach your career goals. You will have the opportunity to work in a modern practice with the latest tech such CEREC, 3D printing, CBCT, and even includes AI to help with note taking. The practice has been in existence for 10 years, but we recently built and moved into a modern office 1 year ago. The owner doctor has spent over 500 hours on CE in the past 3 years alone to stay up with the latest and greatest in the profession. If desired, the owner doctor is willing to do some mentoring and help the Associate Dentist learn or improve upon certain procedures in their skill set.

The ideal candidate for this role is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, possesses excellent clinical skills, and is committed to ongoing professional development. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, and contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Benefits:

  • Daily guarantee pay for the first three months or 30% of production whichever is greater
  • Pay will move to % of production after the guarantee period
  • Provided a healthy new patient flow of roughly 30 new patients per month
  • Time off in addition to the already provided holidays and vacation time off taken by the office
  • Annual per diem for continuing education
  • Free basic dental care for provider and immediate family

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, but the vast majority is adults
  • Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
  • Perform restorative and cosmetic dental procedures
  • Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active dental license in the state of Texas
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in dentistry
  • Positive attitude and passion for providing quality dental care
  • 1-2 years of experience is a must
